We are partnered with a leading manufacturing and automation company to help them hire an experienced Electro-Mechanical Technician to join their team in Fairfield, CA. As an Electro-Mechanical Technician, you'll assemble, test, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of electro-mechanical equipment. You'll play a critical role in ensuring systems run smoothly and reliably, supporting essential production and service operations.

What You'll Do

  • Assemble, test, troubleshoot, and repair electro-mechanical systems
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
  • Solder components and build wiring harnesses
  • Use tools such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, calipers, and hand tools
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs and component usage
  • Follow safety protocols and ensure quality standards are met
  • Work full-time on-site, with occasional overtime

    • Skills and Competencies

    Required :

  • Associate's degree or equivalent military / technical training
  • 2+ years in a similar hands-on technician role
  • Familiarity with 12V and 120V electrical systems
  • Basic computer skills and diagnostic tool proficiency

    • Desired :

  • Experience in a manufacturing or repair setting
  • Strong communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
