Why join this team?

Working under the direction of the Team Lead, the Associate Collections Rep assists team members with daily tasks, monitors assigned loans, and communicates with insureds / borrowers, insurance agencies, insurance carriers, and / or sales representatives on payments, return premiums, discrepancies, and other loan related matters. This role is also responsible for researching loan discrepancies, assisting with ad-hoc projects, and communicating effectively to ensure work is appropriately prioritized.

The estimated hourly rate for this role is $17.30 - $22.50 along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate's qualifications, skills and experience.
