Key Responsibilities
Answer, schedule, and document inquiries from patients and providers via telephone and other communication methods
Educate patients and providers on patient care issues, including insurance and service availability
Obtain, update, and verify patient demographics and insurance information accurately
Required Qualifications
Experience in customer service
Ability to handle inquiries through various communication channels
Familiarity with health information systems (HIS)
Knowledge of patient care issues and insurance processes
High school diploma or equivalent; further education may be preferred
