Job Responsibilities

• Create Tailored Therapy Plans : Assess individual patient needs and design custom treatment strategies to assist them in reaching their functional milestones.
• Implement Evidence-Based Techniques : Apply proven therapeutic approaches to support patients in enhancing motor skills, cognitive functions, and activities of daily living.
• Engage with an Interdisciplinary Team : Work alongside fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide all-encompassing care that addresses every aspect of health and wellness.
• Guide and Educate Patients and Families : Offer instruction to patients and their families regarding therapy techniques, fostering continuity of care and progress at home.
