We are currently seeking a highly motivated, energetic and fully engaged Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead the operations of our 60-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center.

Responsibilities :

As Administrator, you will lead and direct the overall operations of the facility in accordance with patient / resident needs, government regulations and Company policies, with a focus on providing excellent care for your patients and residents

A unwavering commitment to quality care and to making a positive difference in the lives of others, including a commitment to Resident Rights

Outstanding communication skills – both written and verbal

Strong leadership skills, including the ability to recruit, engage and retain quality teammates

The ability to execute on operational strategies to achieve financial and operational goals

Requirements / Qualifications :

An active Licensed Nursing Home Administrator License in the state of Virginia

Bachelor’s (Preferred)

Supervising Experience : 1 year (Preferred

Experience in performance management and effective leadership

Excellent verbal & written communication skills

Education

Bachelors Degree

Entry Level (0-2 years)
