Job Title :

  • Yoga Instructor.

Location :

  • Yoga sessions are held at Barksdale Air Force Base, Louisiana, 2d FSS Fitness Center​ Schedule :   4 Yoga classes per week are required.

    • These classes are also scheduled within the general operation hours of Monday through Friday, 06 :

  • 00 to 18 : 00.

    • Duties :

  • As a Yoga instructor, you will guide participants through yoga practices focused on flexibility, strength, and mental relaxation.
  • Lead sessions that incorporate various yoga poses, breathing techniques, and meditation practices.
  • Provide modifications and adjustments to ensure all participants, regardless of skill level, can follow along safely.
  • Create a calm and welcoming environment conducive to physical and mental wellness.
  • Emphasize proper form and alignment to prevent injury.

    • Qualifications :

  • Must hold a current certification in Yoga instruction from a recognized organization.
  • CPR certification from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association is required.
  • Experience teaching yoga classes is strongly preferred Powered by JazzHR
