About The Position

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide high-quality, patient-centered care. The PT will evaluate, treat, and manage patients with musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, and orthopedic conditions to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance overall quality of life.

Responsibilities :

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including exercises, manual therapy, and modalities

Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes

Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, home exercises, and injury prevention

Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation of patient care

Job Requirements

Qualifications :

Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist

Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and current PT practices

Experience in [skilled nursing facility / outpatient / hospital] preferred

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills
