Prime Dental Partners and NuTeeth Implant Centers are seeking a Dental Marketing & Social Media Manager to lead marketing and content strategy for our growing network of 8 dental practices across the DFW area, including general and oral surgery offices. We're looking for someone with hands-on experience in dental marketing who can craft compelling stories, drive brand awareness, and highlight patient experiences, especially life-changing smile transformations.

What You’ll Do :

  • Create and manage social media content for 8 dental practices (General & Oral Surgery)
  • Plan, schedule, and publish engaging posts across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms
  • Capture real-time patient content, including smile reveals, testimonials, and behind-the-scenes footage
  • Travel on-site (approx. 20%) across DFW to document patient experiences and events
  • Work closely with doctors and office managers to ensure content is aligned with each brand
  • Track performance metrics and adjust strategies based on engagement and growth
  • Support campaign planning and promotional marketing efforts
  • Stay current on dental trends, social media best practices, and creative tools

What We’re Looking For :

  • 2+ years of experience in dental marketing or healthcare-related content creation
  • Strong portfolio of social media content and campaigns (photo, video, reels, etc.)
  • Confident filming and interviewing patients / staff (smile reveals, testimonials)
  • Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Suite, or other design / video editing tools
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple accounts / projects at once
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail

    • Bonus Points For :

  • Experience with paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google)
  • Basic understanding of SEO and analytics
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish)
