Showroom Sales Executive

On Target Earnings : $100K+

Reports to : Sales Director.

Position Summary :

As a Showroom Sales Executive, you will be the face of the brand for walk-in clients and retail inquiries. This role focuses on in-store sales, retail product knowledge, and lead capture efforts that support the broader sales pipeline. You'll manage client relationships, provide quotes, and help delegate showroom traffic into attributed revenue for residential and commercial divisions.  You will possess excellent closing skills to convert sales in one-on-one close scenarios.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage all in-store customer engagement and walk-in traffic.
• Sell portable saunas, hot tubs, outdoor saunas, cold plunge units, covers, chemicals, and filters.
• Provide service quotes beyond parts, support lead qualification, and follow-up for Commercial and Residential Sales Executives.
• Track personal sales quotas, reporting, and assist with showroom budget goals.
• Support ongoing marketing campaigns and retail promotions through product knowledge and customer outreach.
• Assist in review generation, customer referrals, and tracking attributed revenue in HubSpot.
• Support Saturday retail hours, with flexibility for extended hours during peak seasons or promotional events.
