Program Manager / Customer Service Manager

Location : Athens, GA

Pay : $45,000 / year + Bonus

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM

Our client provides demand generation and lead development services tailored for high-tech B2B organizations. With a track record of delivering high-quality, targeted marketing campaigns, they stand out for their deep industry knowledge, hands-on client support, and results-driven strategy.

They are looking for you , an experienced Program Director who can take ownership of client relationships and lead end-to-end marketing programs. This is a direct hire opportunity to work on-site in a collaborative environment where your leadership and organization will shine.

What you get to do :

Act as the main point of contact between internal teams and clients
Design and oversee marketing campaigns to drive qualified leads
Manage project timelines, agent performance, and deliverables
Lead internal trainings, client meetings, and reporting reviews
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure campaign success

What you need to succeed :

2+ years of experience in marketing or program management

Strong organizational and leadership skills

Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)

Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (preferred)
