Our client, just west of Milwaukee, is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer with strong MasterCAM skills. This is a full-time, on-site position offering a competitive salary and excellent benefits.

Key Responsibilities

Program and edit CNC machines using MasterCAM .

Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD files.

Select appropriate tooling, speeds, and feeds.

Collaborate with machinists and engineers to optimize processes.

Verify accuracy of machined components and ensure quality standards.

Maintain organized documentation for programs and processes.

Qualifications

2+ years of CNC programming experience.

Proficiency in MasterCAM software.

Strong knowledge of G-code and machining principles.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Compensation

70,000 – $80,000 annually , depending on experience.
