The Details : We are currently seeking a dynamic Software Engineer to join our expanding DevOps organization. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with our Quality Assurance, Product Owner, and Operations Teams to develop innovative applications that span across our company’s various lines of business. This role is ideal for a solution-oriented individual with a strong understanding of software development and a passion for technology and collaboration.

What will you do? (Job Duties)

• Develop, test, and maintain software applications in accordance with established standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.
• Participate in the full development life cycle, including design, coding, testing, and production release.
• Create and execute unit test cases that correspond to the needs of the software's use cases.
• Develop and maintain CI / CD pipelines for code deployment
• Automate and streamline operations and processes to rapidly release reliable applications.
• Build and maintain tools for deployment, system monitoring, and application performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, test, and production environments.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain system quality.
• Translate complex business requirement into functional technical requirements and implement those requirements as designed
• Stay up to date on the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the team's effectiveness.

Pay Range : $115,000-$130,000

The above pay range is for all US-based roles based on function and level, benchmarked against companies of similar size and scope. To be compliant with local legislation as well as provide greater transparency to candidates, we disclose salary ranges on all job postings regardless of the desired job location. We also offer a competitive annual discretionary bonus program and the opportunity for annual long-term incentive stock grants. In addition, we offer a highly competitive benefits package. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate experience and qualifications, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
