Description :

Ascentec is hiring! We are looking for a Machine Operator to join our team in Tualatin! This is an excellent "foot in the door" opportunity for someone with strong mechanical aptitude / skills and attention to detail. We like to grow our talent from within come get started with us and carve your own career path!

Day Shift : Monday through Friday, 6 a.m. to 2 : 30 p.m.

This position is on site (not remote / not hybrid) at our Tualatin, Oregon facility and not eligible for Visa sponsorship

Requirements :

Job Responsibilities : Included, but not limited to :

  • CNC setup and operation
  • teach tools, load programs and set / adjust work / tool offsets accordingly
  • Read prints and inspect parts for conformance, typically + / - .005 tolerance
  • Check parts using basic measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and depth gauges
  • Trade school and / or at least one year of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
