POSITION SUMMARY :
ADDMAN Engineering is seeking a highly organized and results-driven Master Scheduler to join our Precision Metals division. This key role is responsible for developing, coordinating, and maintaining the master production schedule (MPS) to ensure optimal material flow, resource utilization, and on-time delivery to customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in metal machining and precision manufacturing and be capable of working cross-functionally with production, supply chain, quality, and engineering teams to drive efficiency and accountability.
Create and manage the Master Production Schedule (MPS) across all precision metals operations based on customer demand, forecast, inventory levels, and production capacity.
Work closely with operations, purchasing, engineering, and quality teams to validate schedules and resolve potential conflicts or delays.
Maintain the scheduling module within the ERP system
Analyze bottlenecks, lead times, and capacity utilization for improvement opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS : Education :
ITAR REQUIREMENTS :
This position is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) which requires U.S. person citizenship status.
5-7 years of scheduling, planning, or production control experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in precision machining or metal manufacturing.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
