Job Title : (Senior) Digital Marketing Coordinator

Contract : 6 month

Job Family : Marketing / Digital Marketing

Work Model : strong preference for 2 / 3 hybrid (but would also consider fully remote candidates)

Office : in order of preference : Charlotte,

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, particularly in managing email campaigns and working with sales teams
  • High proficiency in HTML coding, specifically writing code for marketing emails
  • Ability to edit and troubleshoot HTML and other technical issues related to email rendering and compatibility
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to fact-check and ensure compliance with brand and legal requirements.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including responsive design, deliverability, A / B testing, and segmentation.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in B2B marketing (not interested in B2C)
  • Experience in deploying new software and conducting training sessions
  • Familiarity with ADA, GDPR, CASL and other relevant regulations
  • Familiarity with GrapeJS and MJML - a plus

Responsibilities

  • Create brand-compliant, template-based email teasers for investment sales teams, using a homegrown digital marketing platform
  • Help with basic management of marketing lists
  • Fact-check and review campaign content for accuracy, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines, legal requirements, and other regulations
  • Format and optimize text, images, forms, and other media assets for use in email campaigns.
  • Establish automated reporting procedures and monitor campaign analytics
  • Help with deployment of the next generation digital marketing platform (including training)
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in email marketing to suggest innovative ideas and strategies
