Beth Israel Lahey Health Physician Outreach Liaison

Reporting to the Director of Network Business Development, the Beth Israel Lahey Health Physician Outreach Liaison is responsible for cultivating and maintaining new and existing referring physician relationships with providers and physician groups. This role is responsible for providing a high level of customer service by presenting information on system and hospital services and facilities while identifying obstacles to business growth. The individual will assist the Physician Outreach team in onboarding new providers by implementing successful business development strategies to support and grow practices across the network. Collaboration with stakeholders is essential to ensure growth priorities are in line with the vision and strategic goals of the system and hospital(s). The position has a role in developing BILH as a high-value, integrated health system fully compliant with established governmental regulations and private payor standards.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities including but not limited to :
Minimum Qualifications : Bachelor's degree required. Three to five years experience in healthcare sales, business development or similar capacity required. Superb communication, listening, relationship-building and follow through skills are necessary; Ability to understand the diverse, but interrelated activities of organizations; Ability to function effectively with a wide variety of hospital disciplines, including physicians and management; A self-starter known for integrity and creativity.
Preferred Qualifications : CRM Experience
Pay Range : $50,731.00 USD - $99,050.00 USD
The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
