Position Overview :

This is a unique paralegal position that is ideal for a nurse or former nurse who is interested in the legal field. Your clinical expertise will be invaluable in analyzing medical records, understanding healthcare terminology, and assisting attorneys in preparing cases with significant medical components.

Key Responsibilities :

• Review, organize, and summarize medical records and related documentation with the assistance of AI.
• Assist attorneys in preparing for depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials.
• Draft and proofread pleadings and discovery responses.
• Manage case files and electronic discovery, including document review and production.
• Conduct medical and factual research.
• Communicate with clients, medical experts, and opposing counsel.
