Applicants for the Vice President of Finance position at the company should have a Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with an MBA or CPA preferred. A minimum of 10 years' experience in financial management, including at least 7 years in a nonprofit organization, is required. The role demands a leader with strong team-building skills, excellent analytical and decision-making abilities, and proficiency in Excel and fund accounting software. The VP of Finance will be expected to lead the annual budgeting process, provide financial forecasts, and ensure compliance with grant funding and financial operations.
