About the Role :

  • We're seeking a dynamic HR Office Administrative Assistant to join our fast-paced HR Services team. This role offers excellent growth potential into Recruitment, HR, Sales, or Client Management for the right candidate.

Responsibilities :

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR Services team Manage and organize day-to-day office operations Handle confidential HR documentation and records Assist with various HR-related projects and initiatives Support team communications and scheduling Contribute to social media content and posting Required Skills :   1-5 years of relevant work experience Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and take initiative Excellent problem-solving abilities Strong written and verbal communication skills   Preferred Skills :   Previous staffing or temp agency experience Experience with Canva Social media management experience Previous HR administrative experience   Pay range and compensation package :   Salary :  $18-22 / hour (based on experience) Apply here or send resumes to info@peregrineteam.com  Powered by JazzHR
