Base pay range : $225,000.00 / yr - $250,000.00 / yr

Hybrid location : 3 days in office / 2 days work from home

About the Role

This company is searching for a hands‑on, forward‑thinking Senior Director of AI to lead the vision, roadmap, and adoption of a proprietary AI product used across the organization. The ideal candidate is a Director‑level leader ready to step into a Senior Director scope. Someone comfortable spanning product leadership, data platforms, AI engineering, and change management. This is a high‑visibility role with significant ownership in shaping how AI is delivered, scaled, and embedded across an environment with tens of thousands of employees.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the product vision and roadmap for an internal AI assistant platform, ensuring the system evolves to meet the needs of a large, global user base
• Manage and mentor cross‑functional teams including AI architects, data engineers, and data scientists
• Drive adoption and engagement across the organization – partnering with business units, educating stakeholders, and enabling teams to seamlessly integrate AI into their workflows
• Oversee and scale AI capabilities across the enterprise, ideally supporting 10,000+ internal users
• Manage and evolve the internal data platform, including data warehousing, pipelines, governance, and infrastructure required to support AI applications
• Partner with product managers to deliver enterprise AI solutions such as internal assistants and workforce tools, guiding vision, roadmap, and user‑centered improvements
• Set standards for responsible AI, ensuring compliance, transparency, and quality across models and products
