Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced CMM Programmer to join our team in Cincinnati. This role is strictly focused on offline programming using CAD models—no hands-on CMM operation is required. The ideal candidate must have expertise in PC-DMIS, GD&T, and blueprint reading, with the ability to efficiently create 10+ programs per day. This position offers competitive hourly pay with ample overtime opportunities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and write CMM programs using PC-DMIS software for precision measurement and inspection.
- Perform offline programming utilizing CAD models to ensure accurate and efficient program creation.
- Interpret and apply GD&T principles to programming tasks.
- Read and analyze complex blueprints to translate requirements into functional programs.
- Optimize programs for speed and accuracy, aiming to produce 10+ programs daily in a high-volume environment.
- Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to refine programs and resolve any programming-related issues.
- Maintain documentation and version control for all created programs.

Qualifications and Requirements :
Proven experience as a CMM Programmer (not an operator role—no CMM operation involved).Expertise in PC-DMIS software for CMM programming.Strong knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).Expert-level blueprint reading skills.Demonstrated ability in offline programming with CAD models.Track record of writing 10+ programs per day in a production setting.High attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently.Associate's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.Compensation :
