Nursing Shift : Day shift, 4x10-hour (07 : 00 – 17 : 30)

Hours per Week : 40

Employment Type : Travel nursing contract

Estimated Weekly Pay : $2020 - $2070

Scrubs : Provided

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of recent Operating Room RN experience required

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas or compact state

BLS certification required

Experience with Epic EMR preferred

Ability to circulate and scrub in surgical cases

Fluency in English for effective communication

Must live at least 50 miles from the facility (traveler radius rule)

Strong interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills

Operating Room Nurse Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality patient care in the Operating Room, circulating and scrubbing for diverse surgical procedures

Manage surgical cases including General, Orthopedic, Urology, Endo / Laparoscopic, Neurosurgery, Ophthalmology, Plastics, Podiatry, Transplant, and Gynecology; preferred experience in Vascular, Thoracic, Bariatric, and ENT surgeries

Operate clinical healthcare equipment such as Pyxis and Epic EMR

Participate in rotating call days as required

Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams including Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, Pharmacy, and more

Provide nursing care for all age groups : Pediatrics, Adolescents, Adults, and Geriatrics
