Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities :
In this role, you'll become the go-to person for organizing, entering, and tracking the critical information that helps the office run smoothly.
You'll be :
Entering data, numbers, and updates into spreadsheets and tracking systems
Reviewing information for accuracy and following up when something doesn't look right
Assisting your manager with scheduling, reports, and internal office communication
Managing paper and digital files, scanning, printing, and keeping records organized
Helping with invoices, time tracking, and light reporting
Supporting everyday office tasks to keep the workflow smooth
Maintaining confidentiality and acting professionally at all times
