Key Responsibilities :

• Operational Leadership : Oversee the daily operations of both inpatient and outpatient rehab services. This includes managing staff, optimizing workflows, and ensuring that all rehabilitation practices adhere to the highest standards of care.
• Team Empowerment : Lead, mentor, and inspire a dedicated team of therapists, nurses, and support staff. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages professional development and innovative approaches to patient care.
• Patient-Centered Care : Champion the development and implementation of individualized rehab plans that address the unique needs of each patient. Ensure that every patient receives compassionate, effective, and evidence-based treatment.
