Job Summary
Manage all administrative aspects of the Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP), Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), and Emergency Nurse Practitioner (ENP) Programs in the College of Graduate Nursing (CGN). Work closely with the Program Directors in setting and maintaining program direction. The position reports to the Assistant Director of Clinical Operations, and works closely with staff, faculty, and college leadership. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Individuals must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities, or be able to explain and demonstrate that they can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations, using some other combination of skills and abilities.
1. Proficient in software applications including but not limited to MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams as well as video communications (i.e. Zoom) and internet and database applications. Knowledgeable of learning management systems (i.e. Canvas).
2. Able to learn new software, processes, and procedures quickly.
3. Able to maintain confidentiality regarding job assignments and sensitive issues.
4. Able to work with individuals from different professions and levels of training and education both within and outside of the university.
5. Possess strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with college administration, faculty, staff, and students as well as multiple departments across the university.

Required Qualifications 1. EDUCATION : Bachelor’s degree required.
2. EXPERIENCE : Five years of relevant work experience in an academic or business support setting. Experience in Higher Education preferred. Preferred Qualifications Essential Job Duties Key Responsabilities Student Support
1. Track student enrollment status, program progression, student activities, and scholarship.
2. Maintain student records and guide students through the administrative processes of the program.
3. Support graduating students and alumni through BRN and Certification processes. Key Responsabilities Clinical Support
1. Manage clinical course (GN 7570 / 8570) and databases (Trello, SharePoint, Typhon, etc.) for
FNP, ENP and DNP students including clinical site and preceptor databases.
2. Manage documentation of student practice hours, start and end dates at clinical sites, and obtaining of clinical site / preceptor agreements.
3. Collect and manage data including student clinical hours in clinical tracking database, and student, preceptor, and site evaluations in LMS.
3. Collaborate with Assistant Director of Clinical Operations to ensure proper procedures are followed for the clinical clearance of FNP, ENP and DNP students.
4. Create and manage SharePoint student folders and files.
5. Prepare and distribute reports of students’ clinical progress / hours for review by Program Director(s). Create and distribute additional reports as needed.
Key Responsabilities Program Administration and Operations
1. Serve as recorder for FNP, ENP and DNP program / faculty meetings. Coordinate communication to faculty, staff and students regarding meeting schedules, agendas, and minutes.
2. Coordinate all program activities including orientations, intensives, and in-person and virtual Simulation Seminars. Manage classroom activity for faculty during on-campus sessions (assists with gathering supplies for presentations, technical support, etc.)
3. Assist with review and maintenance of FNP, ENP and DNP Program didactic courses and paperwork such as course syllabi, clinical handbooks, etc.
4. Collaborate with Program Director(s), faculty leads and college Director of Student Services to maintain current textbook lists.
5. Gather evaluation activities for the FNP, DNP and ENP programs. Manages and maintains a variety of data management and educational assessment activities that support best practices and accreditation. Generates necessary reports and communications. Key Responsabilities College and University Support
1. Participate in CGN meetings and activities such as Dean’s Collaborative, Staff Meetings, and Program Reviews.
2. Participate in CGN Clinical Operations Committee to help ensure contract and clinical congruency across the CGN programs.
3. Provide representation for FNP, ENP and DNP on appropriate CGN and University-wide committees such as Assessment and Recruitment committees.
4. Represent FNP, ENP and DNP Program on CGN Orientation / Welcome Week task force.
5. Participate in all University, CGN -wide and other CGN program events requiring “all-hands” staff support (i.e. White Coat, Pinning, Commencement, etc.) Posting Details Continued Work Schedule Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM with flexibility to assist staff in supporting seminar weekends (6x per year) and off-hours college events.
