As a Project Manager , you will guide projects from concept through completion, ensuring designs are innovative, compliant, and delivered on time and within budget. This is your chance to work on high-profile projects while mentoring a talented team and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Leadership : Lead cross-functional teams to deliver designs for master planning, commercial, retail, industrial, residential, and multi-family developments.
- Design & Planning : Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D to create civil site drawings including grading plans, stormwater systems, utility plans, and roadway layouts.
- Permitting & Compliance : Manage permitting processes and ensure all projects meet local, state, and federal regulations.
- Client Coordination : Foster strong client relationships, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Team Leadership : Mentor and guide professional staff and team members, promoting collaboration, productivity, and professional growth.
- Optional Client-Facing Role : If you have the personality and desire, you’ll have opportunities to represent the firm directly to clients.

Qualifications
Experience : 8+ years required, 10+ years preferred in civil / site development projects.Licensure : Professional Engineer (P.E.) required.Education : Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering preferred (not mandatory if licensed).Software : Civil 3D and Microsoft Office Suite.Skills : Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.Other : Willingness to work in-office and ability to manage multiple project types simultaneously.Project Focus
Exposure to a broad range of project types , including master planning, commercial, industrial, retail, multi-family, drainage infrastructure, and roadway projects.Private-sector focus; public works projects are limited.Familiarity with large-scale developments like Rivulon in Gilbert and Cavasson in Scottsdale is a plus but not required.
