Position Description :
The role of Financial Analyst in the department of Clinical Practice Services requires a combination of business-related analytic skills to perform basic-to-complex financial analyses, programming skills, and technical and operational knowledge of health care revenue cycle. This role provides financial and operational analysis to multiple stakeholders and is part of a team responsible for the MCW CPS Data Warehouse, which is the general ledger, financial reporting, and analytic platform for clinical revenue cycle across multiple billing systems. Additionally, it supports reporting and analytics related to financial operations, provider productivity, denials management, and ad hoc financial duties as assigned.
This role is 100% remote for the following states : WI, AZ, FL, IL, IN, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, TN, TX, & UT.

Minimum Qualifications :
Appropriate experience may be substituted for education on an equivalent basis
Minimum Required Education : Bachelor's Degree
Minimum Required Experience : 5 years in a Healthcare Finance or Financial Environment
Preferred Qualifications :
Preferred Education : Master's in Business Administration
Preferred Experience : Previous Experience in the Healthcare Industry, Clinical Revenue Cycle Operations and / or Analytics, Epic reporting
Preferred Certification / Licensure(s) : Epic reporting certification preferred
Target salary range for this position is between $69,400.00 and $87,800.00 annually. The final offered salary will depend on the applicant's education, experience, skills, and knowledge, as well as considerations of internal equity and market alignment.
