Cox Manufacturing is seeking reliable individuals to join a small, efficient team across all shifts. Machine Operators who enjoy hands-on work and problem-solving will thrive in this dynamic environment.

Responsibilities :

• Operate CNC or automated Lathe machines to produce high-precision and complex parts
• Read and interpret blueprints
• Troubleshoot machine issues, adjust settings, and ensure machines are running smoothly
• Monitor and maintain tight tolerances while ensuring the quality of precision-machined parts
• Collaborate with the team to continuously improve processes, efficiency, and performance
• Ensure machine calibration and tooling changes are completed as required to maintain product quality
