Leading candidates will demonstrate thorough awareness of healthcare supply chain, supplies and implants, and demonstrate strong analytical and people skills, promoting an effective and collaborative working relationship to drive change management.

Bachelor’s Degree in related field
Clinical nursing experience in a hospital or healthcare setting preferred, not required.
Previous experience in value analysis, supply chain management, or healthcare purchasing preferred.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage projects, and meet deadlines in a dynamic healthcare environment.
Knowledge of healthcare economics, reimbursement models, and healthcare regulations.
