We are seeking a dedicated Family Practice Physician to join our outpatient clinic in Austin, Texas, providing comprehensive care to individuals and families. This role includes delivering personalized preventative and chronic illness management services while overseeing NPs and PAs and enjoying a collaborative work environment with in-house ancillary treatments. Ideal candidates should have experience in various medical specialties and a passion for delivering high-quality care in a vibrant community.

Join our thriving outpatient Family Practice clinic nestled in the vibrant city of Austin, Texas. We're expanding our team and seeking a dedicated Family Practice Physician or Integrative Medicine Provider / IFM to deliver comprehensive care to individuals and families in this dynamic community.

Preferred Experience :

  • Interest and experience in Allergy Testing
  • Knowledge of Semaglutide treatment
  • Wound Care
  • Hormone Replacement Pellet Placement and counseling
  • Knowledge of Regenerative Medicine

Responsibilities :

  • Oversee and assist NPs and PAs to ensure care adherence to state law and business policy.
  • Ability and comfortability seeing 20-25 patients a day
  • Conduct physical examinations, medical histories, and preliminary testing.
  • Conduct health evaluations and document patient's medical history.
  • Arrange and evaluate laboratory test outcomes.
  • Make diagnoses, evaluating test results, and deciding on additional treatment options.
  • Creating effective treatment strategies and monitoring patient progress.
  • Provide high-quality service while adhering to productivity metrics.
  • Acting as a resource for counseling, information on continuing care, and support for life-threatening illnesses.

    • This Position offers a Range of Benefits :

    Monthly HRT bonus and quarterly productivity bonus up to 10%

    The company provides insurance benefits, covering 50% of providers medical insurance, and 50% for their dependents. Supplemental insurance options

    The company also contributes 100% monthly for a $30,000 term life insurance policy.

    Paid holidays are recognized, and in 2024, 6 Federal Holidays will be recognized.

    Medical malpractice insurance expenses are also covered.
