Job Title : Project Manager / Project Architect (Hybrid)
Location : Richmond, VA
Representing an award winning multi-discipline architecture firm with multiple offices throughout Virgina, D.C., and Maryland. We offer expertise on an extensive and diverse project types. It is not required, but Higher-Ed experience is a plus.
Responsibilities :
- Develop architectural designs and creative concepts tailored to project goals.
- Prepare and refine project documentation across all architectural phases, including site plans, floor plans, building elevations, sections, and details.
- Collaborate with consultants to coordinate building systems (structural, mechanical, electrical, etc.) for design integration.
- Adapt designs to accommodate evolving client needs.
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the implementation of design adjustments, working closely with contractors and construction teams.
- Attend and contribute to project coordination meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
