The Role

About The Role & Team

The Workspaces team is a core vertical product team responsible for driving engagement and retention of our core Analytics product. We are industry leaders in the data visualization space with first-in-class tools in behavioral analytics, and we are evolving to automate insights and workflows that are currently performed manually by customers.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with Product Management and Design, and AI Infrastructure teams to build workflows, automations, and insights that leverage our existing products.
• Collaborate with AI Infra teams to define and expand existing capabilities.
• Build agentic workflows for core use cases (data analysis through charts and dashboards).
• Integrate with LLMs and experiment with different methodologies to provide context and generate relevant, actionable insights.
• Launch and drive adoption of automated insights.
