The opportunity

Are you passionate about driving organizational and individual behavioral change As a Senior in our Business Performance capability you will play a pivotal role in implementing programs that align with strategic direction organizational purpose and culture. You will have the opportunity to understand and influence behavioral drivers within various organizational structures and contexts planning and implementing targeted behavior change initiatives that make a real impact.

Your key responsibilities

In this pivotal role you will be at the forefront of shaping and driving behavioral change within organizations. You will leverage your expertise to advise on the measurement design and implementation of behavioral programs aligned with strategic objectives. Your contributions will be instrumental in transforming organizational culture and enhancing individual performance.

• Apply your knowledge of behavioral drivers and organizational structures to plan and execute targeted behavior change initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and successful implementation of change processes.
• Engage with clients to understand their unique contexts and tailor behavioral strategies to their specific needs.
