Position Overview

The Senior Manager of Finance / Corporate Development will play a central role in many aspects of corporate finance, new ventures, investments, mergers & acquisitions, strategic partnerships, corporate strategy, and special projects. The role is highly rewarding and challenging but provides exceptional work life balance in a tremendous team-oriented company culture.

Primary Responsibilities

• Will play a central role in many aspects of corporate finance, new ventures, investments, mergers & acquisitions, strategic partnerships, corporate strategy and special projects. Special projects include a variety of topics such as pricing initiatives, performance benchmarking, deal sourcing, and operational improvements.
• Partner with all levels of management and staff across HdL for various initiatives
• Serve as a Project Leader, Project Manager or analytical resource to impactful projects of HdL
• Responsible for business case formulation, financial and accounting analysis, strategic research and other value add strategic, project management, change management and process improvement initiatives
• Prepare senior executive and Board of Directors presentations and exhibits
• Serve in a leadership and mentoring role to staff
• Lead or actively contribute to a variety of special projects that have a profound impact to HdL

The starting base salary for this Brea, CAposition is expected to be between $,.33 to $,.42 annually. Actual salary will be determined based on skills, experience (to the extent relevant) and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable law.
