As a Facilities Maintenance Electrician, you will report directly to the Facilities Manager and will be required to perform a variety of facilities preventative and corrective maintenance activities. This position is for the Day Shift, Monday - Friday, 6 : 45 AM - 3 : 45 PM.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include :

• Maintain, operate, and repair facilities systems and equipment according to specifications. This includes general building maintenance and other tasks assigned.
• The primary function will be to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems including Electrical switchgear and distribution systems in the medium and low voltage ranges, FLS systems, PLC and DCS control systems, VFD's, and electro-mechanical systems.
• Ensure systems are operating within specified parameters and respond to alarms accordingly.
• Works with manufacturing on repairs to facilities infrastructure and other services to FAB tools and equipment.
• Responsible for planning, identifying and procure parts for repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Make periodic or special inspections (R&R) of the premises and equipment to determine equipment status and repair as necessary.
• Works on assignments that are moderately complex in nature where judgment is required in resolving problems and making recommendations.
• Locates and leverages all types of equipment documentation.
• Maintains and updates electrical documentation, software, programs, and operational parameters.
• Solicit competitive bids when necessary to obtain fair pricing for parts and services.
• Utilize CMMS software to schedule preventive and unscheduled maintenance
