Position Overview :
We are seeking a highly skilled SDV (Software-Defined Vehicle) Software Development Engineer to lead and support the design, development, and integration of next-generation vehicle software platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SDV concepts, HPC (High-Performance Computing) configurations, and experience in developing software in hypervisor and QNX-based environments. This position requires hands-on technical proficiency, a strong understanding of embedded software architectures, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the SDV (Software-Defined Vehicle) initiative for the client, focusing on architecture design, platform evaluation, and implementation.
- Develop and configure HPC (High-Performance Computing) environments for software-defined vehicle systems.
- Design and implement software modules within a hypervisor-based environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware, systems, and embedded software engineers to ensure seamless software integration.
- Perform software integration, validation, and performance optimization.
- Contribute to the development of software architecture documentation, design specifications, and test plans.
- Support SDV testing, debugging, and issue resolution during the full product lifecycle.
- Stay current with evolving automotive software trends, tools, and SDV technologies.
Primary Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.Excellent knowledge of SDV (Software-Defined Vehicle) architecture and principles.Strong hands-on experience in HPC configuration and embedded software development.Proficient in hypervisor-based software development environments.Experience in software integration, testing, and debugging for automotive systems.Strong understanding of embedded system design, middleware, and real-time operating systems.Secondary Skills (Preferred) :
Experience with QNX-based software development.Familiarity with SDV platform integration and validation processes.Working knowledge of automotive standards such as AUTOSAR, ISO 26262, or ASIL concepts.Exposure to C / C++, Python, or similar programming languages used in automotive software development.
