About Us

We are a local Farmers Insurance agency dedicated to helping clients protect what matters most through personalized insurance solutions. Were seeking a motivated and experienced Insurance Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team. Our team is driven, collaborative, and committed to excellence and were looking for a Sales Manager who can help take us even further.

This is a salaried leadership role with strong earning potential through commissions and bonuses. If youre driven, organized, and passionate about leading others to success, this could be the perfect fit.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of insurance producers to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
  • Monitor daily producer activity and results using Agency Zoom, Apex, and office tracking systems.
  • Run weekly meetings, promotions, and contests to maintain sales momentum.
  • Support producers with lead follow-up, cross-selling strategies, and process improvements.
  • Qualify and set appointments for new commercial leads through LinkedIn and email outreach.
  • Meet minimum team production standards.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue and market share.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new talent to maintain a top-tier team.
  • Analyze sales performance and implement improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Foster strong client relationships and support business development initiatives.

Requirements

  • Ability to commute to Eugene, OR every day for work.
  • Active Property & Casualty license required (Life & Health license must be obtained if not already held)
  • Proven success in insurance sales or sales leadership
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and organizational skills
  • Goal-driven with the ability to inspire and hold others accountable
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
