Sales Executive Opportunity
Full-Time | Base Salary : $50,000 - $60,000 + Uncapped Commission. OTE $125,000

We're seeking a driven and energetic Sales Executive to join our outside sales team. If you're a self-starter who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and achieving goals, this opportunity is for you.
What You'll Do :
- Identify and qualify new leads, prospects, and referrals to generate consistent monthly sales.
- Schedule and lead sales appointments to assess needs and present tailored service solutions.
- Build rapport and trust with potential clients to close deals and grow long-term partnerships.
- Dedicate at least 20 hours per week to prospecting activities.
- Maintain detailed and organized client information in the CRM system.
- Use warm calling and relationship-building strategies to engage with decision-makers.
- Maintain an active pipeline via your personal "Hot 25" prospects list.
- Deliver exceptional service throughout the entire sales process.
- Collaborate with internal teams and maintain a positive, solution-oriented approach.
