Pay :  $23 – $25 / hour (based on experience)

Expected Hours :  Flexible Hours (Monday - Friday)

Job Type :  Part-time

Key Responsibilities :

• Maintain organization throughout the office and assist with small projects
• Help complete applications and manage incoming / outgoing mail
• Keep the office tidy, order food, and handle general errands
• Greet visitors and answer incoming calls
• Maintain and organize resident files and documentation
• Assist with daily scheduling and administrative tasks
• Support leadership and care teams with various clerical needs
• Manage office supplies and assist with general upkeep
