Administrative tasks in a wide range of different fields and working environments including but not limited to :
- Answering phones and emails in a professional and courteous manner
- Book travel itineraries
- Document / contract preparation
- Manage bill payments
- Greeting and anticipating the needs of clients
- Scheduling appointments
- Organizing and maintaining a filing system
- Data entry and data tracking
- Various administrative projects assigned by supervisor
Qualifications :
Worked with MS Excel and have a good understanding of data structure (knowing some formulas is preferred).Some Mail Merge experience preferred but not required.Analytical mind – able to spot inconsistencies with data and be able to come up with solutions.High attention to detail.Eager to learnWorked with MS Excel and have a good understanding of data structure (knowing some formulas is preferred).Current student or completed Bachelor’s DegreePrevious office experience or desire to gain experience in a professional office environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent customer service skillsMust be able to interact positively and cooperatively with individuals at all levels of the organizationAble to work in a team atmosphere or independently
