Media Strategy Supervisor – Phreesia Network Solutions

Base pay range :

$135,000.00 / yr - $145,000.00 / yr

(subject to skills and experience).

We are seeking a client‑facing Media Strategy Supervisor who excels at building rapport and trust with clients, and has strong communication and problem‑solving skills. In this role you will work with digital advertising agency buyers and Life Science companies to demonstrate the value Phreesia can provide to their brands by advertising on our platform.

This is a work‑from‑home position with the expectation that you live within the New York City commutable area.

What You’ll Do

Generate new business with media / advertising buying agencies, AORs, and Life Science companies for products with patient‑facing strategic imperatives.

Leverage confidence and strong organizational and time‑management skills to foster healthy relationships with all levels of customers (virtually and in‑person) and use presentations to share our capabilities.

Manage client relationships through organizational changes and follow pharmaceutical industry trends, new product launches, and client‑specific news daily.

Prepare and present advertising / campaign capabilities presentations and product demonstrations to increase opportunities and hit sales goals.

Develop strategic and creative account plans and complete advertising media agency RFP templates, ensuring Phreesia is included in proposals.

Collaborate across Network Solutions teams and mentor junior team members to drive strategic initiatives.

What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of media agency experience in account management, advertising media buying, or media strategy with healthcare brands in the pharmaceutical space.

Familiarity with digital media vernacular and ability to recommend actions that increase brand awareness based on campaign insights / measurement.

Expertise creating persuasive PowerPoint presentations that “WOW!” customers and secure new business.

Willingness to connect with clients outside of a business office in social settings within the NYC adjacent area and occasionally travel outside the NYC area.

Base Pay and Total Rewards

Base pay for US is $135,000 - $145,000, depending on qualifications. Phreesia also offers equity as part of an attractive & comprehensive Total Rewards package.
