Senior Risk Analyst - Strategic Risk Management

What you'll do :
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Risk Analyst to join our Strategic Risk Management team. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with foundational experience in banking, risk management, program oversight, and executive-level reporting. This senior analyst will play a key role supporting risk management optimization initiatives, strengthening risk culture, and delivering insights that inform senior leadership and board-level decisions. The position supports enterprise-wide risk oversight and transformation efforts, partnering across all Lines of Defense and key business functions.
- Transformation & Optimization : Support 2LOD LFI readiness and transformation efforts, including process optimization, staffing assessments, and strategic planning.
- Risk Culture & Engagement : Facilitate 2LOD communication initiatives to promote a strong risk culture.
- Strategic Risk Oversight & Alignment : Support enterprise risk initiatives and partner across key functions to ensure cohesive oversight aligned with strategic and regulatory goals.
- Executive & Board Reporting : Develop high-impact presentations and reports for senior leadership and the Board of Directors, translating complex risk data into actionable insights.
- Documentation & Research : Draft formal documentation such as meeting minutes and conduct research on regulatory obligations, industry standards, and emerging risks.
What you'll need :
2+ years of direct or related experience in Risk Management, Economics, Law, Internal Audit, Finance, Public Accounting, or Management Consulting with a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing materials for senior leadership or board audiences.Experience with emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence or automation tools.Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint.Ability to work independently and collaboratively across diverse teams and organizational levels.Strong critical thinking, time management, and organizational skills.Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and 2LOD programs.Experience with project management methodologies and tools.Benefits you’ll love :
