About the Role :

Join Caretruly Healthcare LLC as an HR Manager, where your bilingual skills in English and Spanish will help us foster a diverse and inclusive workplace. In this dynamic role, you will play a key part in shaping our HR strategies and supporting our dedicated team in West Allis, WI.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to align with company goals.
  • Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations issues and conflict resolution.
  • Conduct training programs to enhance employee skills and engagement.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Facilitate performance management processes and employee evaluations.
  • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives within the organization.
  • Collaborate with management to address HR needs and implement solutions.

    • Requirements :

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
