We proudly offer sign-on bonuses for eligible full-time positions : $7,500 for Direct Care Respiratory Therapists with a year of experience and $5,000 for those with less than a year, both licensed in South Carolina. Additionally, we provide $1,800 in student tax-free loan repayment annually, and relocation assistance for those moving to the area.

Key Responsibilities

Supervisory Role

This position is non-management and will report to supervisory or executive staff.

Minimum Qualifications

Must be a graduate of an AMA-approved respiratory therapy program or eligible for licensure in South Carolina, or a senior student nearing graduation.

Required Certifications

Must hold a valid South Carolina Respiratory Care Practitioner license, or be eligible. Basic Life Support (BLS) is required. NBRC credentials need to be maintained, with specific exam requirements for hires after June 2016.

NRP and PALS certifications are essential for independent work in NICU and PICU settings.

Other Skills and Experience

A successful candidate will thrive in a team-oriented environment and possess strong communication, computer, and organizational skills.
