About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President / Director for its Capital Solutions Credit Fund. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the underwriting, structuring, diligence, and execution of investments, with a focus on providing non-sponsor, highly structured, asset-based financing solutions. The role requires a professional with 7-10 years' experience, ideally combining an investment banking program with direct experience in a non-sponsor focused private debt, structured equity, or special situations fund. The VP / Director will be expected to drive investment processes for complex credit investments and should possess exceptional financial modeling, accounting, and valuation skills. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities are also essential. Candidates for this position at the company should be hungry and demonstrate a strong desire to grow within a collegial and entrepreneurial culture. While sourcing experience is a plus, the company is particularly interested in candidates who can bring a network of industry contacts. The role is not suitable for those with a background in financing LBOs, and the company is looking for individuals who can thrive in a non-sponsor investment environment.
