The Air & Space Defense Systems (ASDS) Air Dominance Business Office is seeking a motivated financial analyst looking to expand their skills within the development portfolio of the Air Dominance SSBU.
The position will partner and support the AMRAAM Hardware Development portfolio with significant visibility and strategic importance within the business. As a financial analyst supporting the Test Equipment contract, you will play a critical role in driving financial performance and strategic decision-making for one of our most high-visibility programs. This position offers unique opportunity to partner closely with program management and cross functional teams to support contract execution. You will be at the forefront of a new initiative helping shape the financial strategy of the evolving program with significant impact on future defense initiatives.
Finance plays a crucial role by offering analysis, insight, and guidance to support strategic decisions and achieve results. Key responsibilities include variance analysis, data review and reporting, EAC development, project setup, and NWA management. The role supports Program Managers, IPT leads, and CAMs in maintaining program budgets and forecasts, requiring frequent interaction across functions and organizational levels. Strong presentation, communication, and professional skills are essential. The candidate will also support internal and external audits and contribute to monthly business reviews and detailed performance and cost reports.
This position is being offered in an onsite capacity based on the needs of the business. This role will support a program that resides in Tucson, AZ time zone.

The salary range for this role is $82,000 - $164,000. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education / training, and key skills. Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and / or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and / or the company's performance. This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
