The Person we would like to have join our firm will have / be :

• Minimum a BA in Architecture
• 5+ years post graduate experience with the last 1 year in a Project Manager level position
• The ability to work with other assigned team members toward the successful and profitable completion of all aspects of concurrent client projects

Well organized

An in-depth working knowledge of Hawai'i building code and the tools of our profession including Revit, Enscape, Bluebeam, InDesign, MS Office, etc.

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

Understanding of and effective concern with Architecture Project accounting and profitability

A desire to participate in the overall growth and advancement of the firm

Compensation :

Starting Base Exempt Salary : $65,000+ Annually
