What You'll Do

  • UKG Pro Reporting Tools : Proficiency in tools like UKG Pro’s Reporting Studio, including the ability to create and customize reports.
  • Schedule reports and automate data delivery processes within UKG to streamline operations.
  • Query databases, develop complex queries, and optimize report performance using SQL.
  • Utilize tools like Tableau or Power BI to create effective data visualizations and present actionable insights.
  • Integrate data from various sources to ensure comprehensive and unified reporting solutions.
  • Apply knowledge of data warehousing principles to support accurate data retrieval and reporting.
  • Use APIs to extract data from UKG systems and integrate it with other applications as needed.
  • Leverage database concepts, including normalization and indexing, to enhance reporting efficiency.
  • Perform rigorous testing and validation to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data and reports.

What You Know

  • 5 years of experience working on in-app report building within the UKG Pro WFM system
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and report writing tools
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in UKG Pro WFM system (well versed with UKG Tables and Systems)
  • Advanced SQL skills
  • Experience with report writing tools such as Crystal Reports or SSRS
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Design and develop custom reports within the UKG Pro WFM system
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure reports meet business needs
  • Analyze data and provide insights to drive decision-making
  • Maintain and update existing reports as needed
  • Provide training and support to end-users on report usage
  • Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Applications, or a related field
  • Compensation Band
