Mobile Technician - JLL

What this job involves :

As a Mobile Technician with JLL, you'll serve as a key technical specialist maintaining commercial buildings at peak operational condition across multiple locations. Operating from a company vehicle, you'll independently perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and energy efficiency improvements on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems. This role is essential to JLL's commitment to delivering exceptional property management services while identifying cost-saving opportunities that directly impact client satisfaction and building performance.

What your day-to-day will look like :

• Perform preventive maintenance and repair services on HVAC systems, water chillers, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical building systems
• Identify and implement energy savings opportunities through system modifications and operational improvements
• Plan and execute work assignments independently with minimal supervision across multiple facility locations
• Utilize CMMS technology to manage work orders, document completed tasks, and maintain accurate service records
• Collaborate daily with team members, contractors, building occupants, and clients through in-person, phone, and email communications
• Conduct routine building maintenance tasks and assist other trades as needed
• Travel between various properties within assigned geography using company truck
