Social Media Specialist – Corporate Editorial Team

This is a full time Salaried Consultant with Aquent Studio and offers a full time salary including full benefits (medical, vision, dental, 401k w / match and PTO / Vacation)

Client preference is for candidates in PST, MST or CST time zones.

We’re looking for a talented Social Media Specialist to join our editorial team supporting our client’s social handles. This role will be responsible for developing compelling copy, scripting social-first videos, and creating engaging content that showcases the brand voice while delivering on strategic messaging objectives.

This role offers opportunities to flex your creativity across multiple formats while developing expertise in innovative AI technology messaging. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating engaging social content that breaks through the noise while maintaining our client’s trusted brand voice.

Primary Responsibilities

Write creative, clear, and impactful social media copy across multiple corporate handles

Adapt messaging for different audiences while maintaining our brand voice across platforms

Script and support production of social-first videos that highlight product features, events, thought leadership, and more, in collaboration with our internal creator team

Support product launches and events with launch content planning and live-posting

Support editorial strategy with calendar management and planning across X, LinkedIn, Instagram, Threads, and other relevant platforms

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Blog, Customer Marketing, PR, Product Marketing, Strategic Events, Trailhead, and more

Stay current with platform best practices and AI-related trends to inform content approaches

Qualifications

3+ years experience writing social media or marketing content, preferably in B2B technology

Exceptional writing skills with demonstrated ability to distill complex topics into engaging, concise copy

Portfolio showcasing creative and compelling copy across various social platforms

Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices

Experience scripting and supporting social-first video content

Understanding of social analytics and content performance metrics

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Experience with social media management tools such as Sprout Social or Sprinklr is a plus

Knowledge of or interest in CRM, and AI technologies is a plus

Background in B2B SaaS or AI-related content

Nice to Have

Ability to create visually appealing graphics and assets using Canva

Experience with live event content creation
